Still the best sausage out there. Perfect flavor, just enough sage. Reminds me of a sausage my mom fixed when we got sausage from a farm. Meaty, not greasy and great to eat any time of the day! Please dont change the rescipe. Been buying this sausage for at least 10 years and will keep buying it.

I recently began looking for good sage sausage near me with very little satisfaction. So I went online, found your website, and ordered five packages to be shipped to me here in Texas. The sausage is very good, but my husband and I found that the sage seasoning is a little weak. I would expect that from commercial products, but had hoped to find better from a company that concentrates on providing top-of-the-line sausage. Please comment because I would like to remain a regular customer!!
